I also get the purple screen. logging off and logging back in usually fixes it. my biggest issue is the notifications. I get the notification that my time to choose my schedule the day before at 0430 AM!!!! Really?! 0430 in the morning and no way to change the time?!?!? I'm pretty frustrated with getting woken up at such an ungodly hour for something non-urgent. a superuser nor IT can change the time. this is a ridiculous feature and should be easy for a programmer to fix.

Apologies this took too long to respond. Getting woken up at 4:30 AM is a frustrating experience. Notification timing is currently based on a fixed “days ahead” rule, which can trigger undesirable overnight alerts. That’s useful feedback for where we need to improve. The purple screen isn’t expected-let your admin know if it remains a problem -Josh

This app is slow to boot up, and nearly every time I log in, no shifts will load onto the calendar. The only way I've found to get them to load is logging out and logging back in. There's also no way to use a passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition to log in instead of manually typing in my passphrase every time. This app also does not appear to have an option to sync or export the calendar. Overall, it's easier to use the website rather than the app.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Rebekah! We're sorry you're having trouble with the app’s performance and login. We do want to note that a calendar sync feature is available, so we'd love for you to reach out to your hospital’s system admin to get help setting that up and troubleshooting the other issues. We appreciate your patience! -Josh

I keep getting a popup to accept the new terms and policy, and when I hit accept, I simply get "an error has occured". Now, I'm also having an issue where I can't ACCESS my schedule, because I keep getting thrown back and forth between signing in, and then accepting the duo push notification. This app and its site have been a nightmare since our system switched. We had to change all of our shift titles /because of this app/. Edit: nothing but a purple screen now. The app is useless.

We're sorry to hear this Calley! Unfortunately Duo Mobile is a separate application we don't have control over, so these issues will need to first be investigated by your Duo administrator. Once any Duo authentication issues have been addressed, let us know if you experience further challenges at smartsquaresupport@amnhealthcare.com. Thanks!
