Big runaround that wastes time and ultimately money. Looks slick but in important ways doesn't do what its extensive menu offers. The app has several ways to get help but, surprise, that's screwed up. Am beginning to think this is intentional, not accidental, and I plan to call my state's consumer protection office. Otherwise I will be auto-charged every month on my credit card for a car wash plan that's too expensive.

The app asks way too much personal information. I resorted to the app because they failed to actually cancel my membership when I went in person after a transfer from a car wash they acquired from Take 5. Wash people said I could also cancel in the app. I can't connect my account without all the personal information, which includes adding a credit card they shouldn't need, seeing they are already billing me. BTW, the car wash quality is a huge decline from Take 5. Profit over service.

This app, like the car wash itself, does not work well. I've had a membership for several months but the app does acknowledge me. When I use the migrate tool it says my vehicle has already been migrated. As for the car wash, I spend more time wiping down the places the car wash missed than I do inside the car wash. I'm now looking for the exit door to cancel my membership.
