My experience has not been great. It was a complete pain in the a## to setup with numerous errors that made me start over frequently. Once I finally got my account setup, now the app won't let me redeem a wash without speaking with an associate. I have paid my$50+ fee and have not had a single wash. I am canceling my membership before my first wash.

I put my account on pause for 2 months since I'm trying to manage my money right now. didn't matter still got charged after I put a hold on it till November..

I always loved washing my car at Woodies. You really do get a lot of extras included at the cleaning stations, which is great. Compared to all the other car wash places, this is the only one that doesn't leave spots. The ONLY reason why I am rating it 3 stars is because just recently, they NO longer accept cash payments. It's a credit/debit card or No wash for you!!! I'm sorry but Not everyone has a credit card/debit card. Believe it or not, there's still smart people out there with no debt!
