This app is difficult to navigate, it doesn't have information regarding my actual plan. please include a button that shows the activities included in my membership. I should easily be able to find what is included in my membership. You could even include a list of memberships and what each level offers. I really don't see any purpose for this app.

The app itself is fine. And the locations are usually pretty good overall. That new "spin game" tho. That's terrible. If you're afraid of giving prizes, don't do a game. I just played Nine Times In A Row. Lo and behold, every single one came to a stop on the One and Only "You haven't won anything" red section. The odds of that are pretty ridiculous. Afraid of people Actually Winning? Don't make a game. 😐

They advertise wash purchases on the app, even offering double points 1 day a month for purchases in the app along with other specials. yet when you try to take advantage of it, it says "we have stopped purchases within the app. You have to go to the car wash and get an attendant to redeem points or take advantage of an app special.... holding up the line. Either have a fully functional app or not one at all.
