Zero Fees
· Amplify charges $0.00 in transaction and bank fees¹ as part of our fee-free banking program.
· Pay $0.00 in fees on all transactions with online banking at Amplify.
· Avoid overdraft fees with online transactions.

Mobile Check Deposit
· Deposit checks from anywhere with mobile check deposit at Amplify.

Online Transactions
· Schedule one-time or recurring payments in online banking.
· Transfer funds to your external accounts or to other Amplify members.

Account Insights
· Get 24/7 access to your accounts and transaction history in online banking.
· Open new accounts or apply for loans within online banking.
· Get set up with push notifications and alerts in online banking with card controls.

Automated Account Switching
· Automatically switch direct deposits or recurring transactions with our ClickSWITCH tool.
· Switches can be submitted in online banking in as little as 90 seconds.
· Switches will typically be processed in 5-15 business days.

I absolutely HATE the latest update. it was ok before, though like others I sometimes had login issues too. But now it's almost useless. before, when I reviewed my transaction list, I could see the company names. now all I see is "Point of Sale" on EVERY line. WTH? Now I cant see the companies' names unless I click on each and every line individually. why would you guys do that?? EXTREMELY disappointing. the text alerts are also different and less useful. hope it's fixed asap.

Had been 5☆ til they "updated". Now many times, I can't log in, it just spins. When I call Cust Support, they say nothing is wrong, but I see here others experiencing same thing. If it was just to check balance, I can do that on the website. But I can't deposit checks there, only via Mobile App. As a business owner, that is vital. Now I either have to drive 40 mins to the nearest branch or put in mail & wait 3-4 days to be deposited. NOT convenient. Seriously considering other banking options.

This app totally needs to be fixed! I've experienced what everyone else has and it's really disappointing! I've uninstalled and reinstalled it half a dozen times if not more, called customer service even, but still the same result, won't work. CS told me it's being worked on but it's been an unreasonable amount of time I think. Considering switching to another credit union, so frustrating!
