App is great when it works. It won't let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone. Tried it on another phone, same issue. Either pressing the login button does absolutely nothing or I get an error that says they are have problems logging me in. I'm trying to book a trip and give you money and the app just won't work. Frustrating and hard to understand. Glad I'm not on a trip and needing to use the app! Just tried it on an iPad and it works just fine. Nice.

Very accessible and efficient app to utilize. I've been using Amtrak and the app for over a year now and it's so easy. The app makes it convenient to look at maps, find stations and places to easily connect with other services like SunRail, busses, attractions, hotels, etc. They make it easy to reserve and protect your trip for canceling which I've had to do.

Very confusing to navigate. I Have trouble finding information on the site. The app has alot on it but doesn't say much. Frustrating. New update, I've been trying to book my rail pass trip and it has me booked for 3 of the trips but says i still have 8 segments to book and according to the top of the page I still have 11 segments to book. I can't find the map easily IAnd I can't access all of the information for the trip on the actual ticket barcode they provided. 2 or 3 day trip, no clue #SOBAD
