NE Regional free tickets! (not) NE Regional trains are showing up as free when only a business class seat is available. Move ahead and the actual price comes up, but not for several more screens. Please fix!

Very intuitive and easy to use! This app is very easy to use! Take it from someone who generally struggles with the User Interface on apps. All of the most critical information (i.e. when and where your trip departs from, how to cancel, alternative trains departing the same day, etc.) are very easily found. A++ !
My app review This app is still as great as ever though it still needs the SD card Boolean control. I still hope you can figure that one out but you're are still an American corporation, so it may take three months. I still like the app though.
Better Than You'd Expect I wasn't thinking this would be a particularly useful app, since travel/service apps like this usually aren't, but since I travel by train a lot, I thought I'd give a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The app is easy to use, and rarely glitches or crashes on me. I can typically buy a ticket now in less than a minute, wherever I am, and I don't even have to print it out or have it emailed to me, instead simply pulling it up in the app for the conductor to scan. Overall extremely useful.
The app seems to work okay. Despite what I was expecting after reading one review, after I logged in the app immediately displayed the train I was taking later that day. The app can be used to display eTickets, though I wouldn't recommend depending on that functionality. It doesn't appear to do any local caching of the ticket, so if you close and then reopen the app, it needs to redownload the ticket information. If your internet is bad, this isn't as smooth as you might when the conductor is asking you for your ticket... I'd recommend saving the PDF eTicket onto your phone and using that instead. In addition to seeing your trips, the app allows you to check the status of a train (eg, on time or delayed for arrival/departure and ETA). However, there's no obvious way to go from the eTicket/reservation display to getting the current ETA for that train, which seems like relatively obvious (and common) desire. You can, at least, generally click the station name to get information about it.
