Very accessible and efficient app to utilize. I've been using Amtrak and the app for only a few months now and it's sooo easy. I had actually never even ridden the train until this year but it's so easy. The app makes it convenient to look at maps, find stations and places to easily connect with other services like SunRail, busses, attractions, hotels, etc. They make it easy to reserve and protect your trip for canceling which I've had to do.

This app is great if I want to look up possible trips and nothing else. I open the app and a popup says "an error has occurred". Doing anything with my account triggers the popup. Booking trips also fails. I clear cache and data, and try to log back in, and get an infinite loading screen. Then I uninstall the app and reinstall it and when I open it I'm already logged in? But with the error popup again and my points still haven't been updated, and the same issues as before. Please fix this.
