2025/09/30 The old UI was so simple and easy to navigate. With this new UI, it's difficult to navigate, find child lock, and make changes. Right now, I'm having issues with schedules (for Atmosphere Sky). When I'm changing the time, it won't select PM even if I scrolled onto it. When I try to save the schedule, the app closes! Also, with the eSpring, it took a few days to get the system to connect. Fair to say that I'm disappointed, but hoping for better.

I have 3 Atmospheres in my home (1 Sky and 2 Minis). The app never stays connected to them. They are always shown as offline and it's not worth the effort to reconnect them. If I have to go to the machine every time then what's the point of having remote capabilities? Don't get me wrong, I love the benefits of having them in my home, but the app connectivity leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought air purifier because they say it has the app that I can turn on and off or change the function through my phone. Turn out, the application wasn't that good, really often disconnected Wifi, and can not connect it back. So annoying! At least the support is helpful. But it will be better if I don't have to call support so often about disconnection Wifi.
