I’ve had a frustrating experience with the ANB app and website. Despite multiple attempts to open an account through both, including after 12 AM and across various devices, I was unable to complete the process. I even sent an email to their support team to seek assistance, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Due to this, I had no choice but to open an account with another bank, which I was able to do easily without facing any technical issues. I hope ANB improves the user experience

It hangs alot. Sometimes, you don't know if the transfer is done or not. It shows that the transaction is not done then you find it is done. Sometimes, it does not show the account balance when needed to make payment. It is not reliable one. It needs a plenty of enhancement and optimization to reach the others' bank mobile app.

This app, while boasting a wide range of banking features, Version 3.53' B63 ruining its "Greeshat rewards" game. The back button hinders users, I suggest to use device's default back function, while category switches are very slow. Additionally, Disable the loan option for expats if they can't use it. This would fix the app's issues and make it better.
