I love everything that I have been able to find, and I am grateful for the access. However, given the monthly price (around $42 after tax) and the fact that its 2025 and tech is so advanced it can emmulate a human mind, I am often flabbergasted at just how inconsistent the app experience is. The App will tell me I have Hints Available- only to say I have no hints for that person when I open the Hints Tab on their profile. Lately, I can't save ANY records, despite freshly paying my subscription..

very unintuitive. hard to navigate, so difficult to add siblings! all of the auto adds default to parents. very frustrating. also difficult /confusing to mark adoptive branches and relationships. it is unintuitive to decipher adoptive vs adopted relationships. once I confirmed our known family (adopted) it seems to have deleted my mom's biological relationships I'd added. difficult/impossible to add info/people's profiles from existing listings

(updated! May2025) RATING FOR APP ONLY: Oy, v17.8 is horrible! What did you do to the awesomeness of 15.15.1? I had to get the app on a newer device cuz my Android 8 got the dreaded "not compatible anymore" but dang, y'all ruined the design smth fierce in this newer version! WHY?! The layout is all busier, more cluttered, less neat, the hints look the worst, before they had BIG previews & titles above w/details below, now it's all bitty.. please revive v15.15.1, as that one used to work so good!
