Connecting devices is nothing but a pain. My router doesn't detect them because they're 2.4GHz (router's fault, not Ionmax's), so I had to use the devices' AP mode to connect. But even then, I have to reset them over and over, which the app also says includes repowering the devices for 20 seconds each time. I've managed to set up one dehumidifier and one air purifier, which took about 30 minutes all told. After another 25, I gave up on connecting another air purifier.

I managed to connect the app on my galaxy s20. mostly by accident as the manual does not have app connection instructions and the app was unclear, and the steps were wrong for my model. tha app crashed twice in 10min saying there was a bug and the devs need to upgrade the app. it's probably just easier to use the manual controls on the unit

Never works.Thats on 2 devices. It has worked at the start but used it 3 times, I have to use it manually not good if you can't walk. Do the right thing and let us use it with a remote. Not good enough for the money 🤑
