not working well I am a fan of Google and Google products. Chrome works very fine on my PC but it sucks on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT-S7562, running Android ICS 4.0.4). There might be something which is making it slow on my phone. I reinstalled Chrome on my phone expecting it to work seamlessly, but no luck. Please help me run it smoothly.
This application uses my cpu too have. My phone is warm even I use 5 tabs, but I used to have opened 15-20tabs without problem (version 40). But chrome is slover and slover. And it seems to me that chrome is not able to handle adds which are on pages. And it seems to me that chrome from version cca 50, it starts with mining. Please stop java scripts when tab is on background and google has to stop with mining cryptocoins on mobile!!!!
Add URL space toolbar in bottom of chrome and the top url space remove, it is more easy to use. Add support background Download, and add ask what will download, change names and storage location from asking tab of Download. Add to show the current full size of file, network speeds in mbps/kbps, how many MB downloaded and their persentage, etc details to show in downloading tab. Add the feature! Add beta testing in the chrome application, the external chrome beta testing is very not usefull! because, another application will install then the application storage and ram will use. Its not well! will you plz add the beta testing in the inbuild chrome application. Make zoom in page more active. Fix bugs. Make better performance. Block ads in web pages to reopen ads tab page. AdBlock time (seconds) waiting for Download.
06/1/2016-You can force it to be available on almost any device. I'm all for the, "digital age". When online services, and companies figure out how to work better with each other, I'll rate better, and use more.- Use it on any electronic device, and it has all my info. Can't wait until they make it able to sign on and off anywhere, with the best security, as well as, without it being the way it is now. That's the only con I'm able to think of. It could be more secure, and work better with some of the, "outdated", versions of Android.
Good browser with an overall smooth browsing experience and fast load up times of webpages. The only two issues I have with the browser so far is that of a missing home button and the option to change the homepage into one of the user's choice. Hope the next update will bring along this much needed feature.
I've changed my review from aweful to almost perfect. Still a few bugs but in general runs smoothly and accurately. The one downside, as seems to be the case with most of the Google made and or powered Android apps, is the huge file sizes these apps have causing the internal storage on a lot of lower end phones very tight. Not all phones come with massive internal storage. Just my thoughts. Peace.
