Awesome app I enjoy the soothing sounds section and especially the healing music. Also like that meditations are categorized by type: destress, happiness, confidence, and sleep are ones I use a lot. And I am enjoying the inspirational content! I feel like the app is helping me become a better person one day at a time
If you're looking for a complete app to improve your mental health, this is it! I personally enjoy the meditation and upspiration features. It's 5 or 6 apps in one, at a very reasonable price!

I've only been using the app for a week, but it's been a great experience so far. Some days I can't find the time to sit down for a focused meditation, so I appreciate that I have other ways of engaging with the Masters of Mindfulness. I'm particularly enjoying the Mood tracker and Upspirations!
Great app. Love the clean design and beautifully done layout. Feels soothing and calm, exactly how a mindfulness app should feel. Also really digging that the app has more than just meditation. It's a lot more interesting than some of the other meditation apps I've used in the past.

We are always working to improve our app. In this release:
- We fixed timing for our push notificatioans to be more spaced apart
- We implemented a "sleep" period where notifications are not sent between midnight and 8AM
- We fixed a minor issue with the text in set reminder screen of meditation
- We have changed the prelogin screen text to be more descriptive
- Other minor fixes
