There's "ad supported" apps, and then there's "ad DOMINATED" apps App works reasonable well as claimed. And there are banner ads constantly on the screen. I'm fine with that...I understand what "ad supported" means. I get it. But most or all of the ads show me sleezy-looking women and websites. Ok, now I'm a little bit annoyed. So I attempt to get help spelling ONE word, and after that ONE short usage I got a FULL SCREEN AD showing a busty young woman who supposedly meant to allure me into going to some site or app. This isn't ad supported, it's AD DOMINATED. No thank you
Works for a limited time The free version worked ok for about a year ( by the way you'll get a lot of ads ) and then tryed to force me to update or will not work at all. Deleted the app and instal A Checker by xpn, which by the way works better.
Worst Spell Check App Ever This app was terrible! The only thing you could do without getting the $5 update was type 500 characters in a box. The app page SAYS that you can correct your spelling but you really can't. The word suggestion bar on my phone is a better spell checker than this app. This is not the app for you if you want to work on your spelling. DO NOT INSTALL!
Junk! Only worked for a couple weeks. Even after purchasing the app. As of now, I can type whatever I want into the app and hit "Check Spelling". It tells me "No Spelling Errors Found"... Even tho I have random letters typed in. Junk!
Dont know where all the hates coming from This app is great for just checking spelling on a comment or a long text message or a short email, that's what i wanted it for its not made for checking a whole essay or paper its fast and pretty easy to use
Don't waste your time! Not worth it I tried it out by misspelling a word and it said no spelling errors found going to uninstall now
- Increased characters limit from 300 to 500
