Q. ) What do you know about our company?
Ans: The WORST thing you can say is "Not much." or "Nothing."
RESEARCH the company first. Yep, whether you are applying at McDonald's or applying at a Fortune 500 Company. Do a search online. Look at their website. Find out who they are, what they do and why you'd want to work there. The WORST thing you can do is showing up at an interview knowing nothing about the company!
Once you know about the company you can answer this question more easily (for example: "I've read about how this company's growth is on the rise and also how involved it is in the local community.")
Q.) Do you know anyone who works for us?
Ans : Be aware of the policy on relatives working for the organization. This can affect your answer even though they asked about friends not relatives. Be careful to mention a friend only if they are well thought of.

Potential job interview opportunities also include networking events and career fairs.
The job interview is considered one of the most useful tools for evaluating potential employees. Q. ) A three digit number consists of 9,5 and one more number . When these digits are reversed and then subtracted from the original number the answer yielded will be consisting of the same digits arranged yet in a different order. What is the other digit?
Ans : Let the digit unknown be n.
The given number is then 900+50+n=950+n.
When reversed the new number is 100n+50+9=59+100n.
Subtracting these two numbers we get 891-99n.
The digit can be arranged in 3 ways or 6 ways.
We have already investigated 2 of these ways.
We can now try one of the remaining 4 ways. One of these is n 95
or 199n =796
the unknown digit is 4.
Q.) On a sunny morning, a greengrocer places 200 kilograms of cucumbers in cases in front of his shop. At that moment, the cucumbers are 99% water. In the afternoon, it turns out that it is the hottest day of the year, and as a result, the cucumbers dry out a little bit. At the end of the day, the greengrocer has not sold a single cucumber, and the cucumbers are only 98% water. How many kilograms of cucumbers has the greengrocer left at the end of the day?
In the morning, the 200 kilograms of cucumbers are 99% water. So the non-water part of the cucumbers have a mass of 2 kilograms. At the end of the day, the cucumbers are 98% water. The remaining 2% is still the 2 kilograms of non-water material (which does not change when the water evaporates). If 2% equals 2 kilograms, then 100% equals 100 kilograms. So, the greengrocer has 100 kilograms of cucumbers left at the end of the day.

Java is a general-purpose, concurrent, class-based, object-oriented computer programming language that is specifically designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible. It is intended to let application developers "write once, run anywhere" (WORA), meaning that code that runs on one platform does not need to be recompiled to run on another.
In computing, C (/ˈsiː/, as in the letter C) is a general-purpose programming language initially developed by Dennis Ritchie between 1969 and 1973 at AT&T Bell Labs. Like most imperative languages in the ALGOL tradition, C has facilities for structured programming and allows lexical variable scope and recursion, while a static type system prevents many unintended operations. C program source code is free-format, using the semicolon as a statement terminator and curly braces for grouping blocks of statements. Its design provides constructs that map efficiently to typical machine instructions, and therefore it has found lasting use in applications that had formerly been coded in assembly language, most notably system software like the Unix computer operating system.
C++ (pronounced "see plus plus") is a statically typed, free-form, multi-paradigm, compiled, general-purpose programming language. It is regarded as an intermediate-level language, as it comprises both high-level and low-level language features. Developed by Bjarne Stroustrup starting in 1979 at Bell Labs, C++ was originally named C with Classes, adding object oriented features, such as classes, and other enhancements to the C programming language. The language was renamed C++ in 1983, as a pun involving the increment operator.
The .NET Framework (pronounced dot net) is a software framework developed by Microsoft that runs primarily on Microsoft Windows. It includes a large library and provides language interoperability (each language can use code written in other languages) across several programming languages. Programs written for the .NET Framework execute in a software environment (as contrasted to hardware environment), known as the Common Language Runtime (CLR), an application virtual machine that provides services such as security, memory management, and exception handling. The class library and the CLR together constitute the .NET Framework.
In computer science, a data structure is a particular way of storing and organizing data in a computer so that it can be used efficiently.
Different kinds of data structures are suited to different kinds of applications, and some are highly specialized to specific tasks. For example, B-trees are particularly well-suited for implementation of databases, while compiler implementations usually use hash tables to look up identifiers.
Unix (officially trademarked as UNIX, sometimes also written as Unix in small caps) is a multitasking, multi-user computer operating system originally developed in 1969 by a group of AT&T employees at Bell Labs, including Ken Thompson, Dennis Ritchie, Brian Kernighan, Douglas McIlroy, Michael Lesk and Joe Ossanna.
Database management systems (DBMSs) are specially designed applications that interact with the user, other applications, and the database itself to capture and analyze data. A general-purpose database management system (DBMS) is a software system designed to allow the definition, creation, querying, update, and administration of databases. Well-known DBMSs include MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle, Sybase, dBASE, FoxPro, and IBM DB2.

Read real people’s true stories: personal success stories. Anything but fiction, in the form of short stories, in one app. Success Stories.
These success stories are based on interviews conducted by Robert Schuen. He’s got only one question: What are you really good at? - In their own personal way the interview partners talk about their personal strengths and successes. Schuen then transforms the interviews into short stories that manifest, genuinely and honestly, a moment of self-reflection and self-awareness. Especially when you read between the lines, each story will reveal its own exceptional secrets. Find out more about motivation and attitudes, about self and public images, about life situations and life experiences. And if you want to get involved you’ll certainly be encouraged to reflect on your own success; you might even assess your own skills from a new perspective and gain strength and courage for something new.
‘Success Stories - Because I Really Can’ is the title of an innovative smart phone app created by the software development company eyetea.biz and the Coaching and Consulting Institute ROSCH, both based at Graz, Austria. For a start, you will be able to choose between 20 short stories. New stories will be added every month as Robert Schuen plans to interview many more people like you and me.
The short stories originate from the idea of coach and consultant Robert Schuen that there is nobody who is not able to do something. ‘In my coaching units I’ve been confronted with the fact that there are so many people who simply have no or hardly any trust in themselves. But I am really convinced: We all can if we really want! Mostly, it’s pressure from society to lets us regard our own skills as inferior. I just want to show the people that this is not true.’, Schuen explains. So, skills like cooking and cleaning, which are generally regarded as commonplace and banal, receive a whole new meaning.
Inge Matuschek of eyetea.biz was enthusiastic about the idea. This resulted in a unique collaboration, linking human and machine-based aspects, emotion and innovation. ‘From my point of view, these stories make you really think. And I find it’s a good idea to make the stories so short I can read them wherever I want to.’, Matuschek says.
Smart Phone App
The smart phone app itself is available for free download in German and English. After you have installed and opened the app you can either switch to list view or shelf view and select a short story you would like to know more about. After reading the short teaser you can then decide if you want to read and purchase the entire story. Three stories will be available free of charge.

"The Secret of Success" is an important motivational book written by author William Walker Atkinson. Atkinson teaches in this work that individuality is inherent in each of us, and which may be developed and brought into activity in each one of us if we go about it right. Individuality is the expression of our Self - that Self which is what we mean when we say "I." Each of us is an Individual - an "I" - differing from every other "I" in the universe, so far as personal expression is concerned. And in the measure that we express and unfold the powers of that "I," so are we great, strong and successful. We all "have it in us" - it depends upon us to get it out into Expression. And, this Individual Expression lies at the heart of the "Secret of Success." And that is why we use the term - and that is what we shall tell you about in this little book. It will pay for you to learn this "Secret."
About the Author
William Walker Atkinson (December 5, 1862 – November 22, 1932) was an attorney, merchant, publisher, and author, as well as an occultist and an American pioneer of the New Thought movement. He is also known to have been the author of the pseudonymous works attributed to Theron Q. Dumont and Yogi Ramacharaka.
Due in part to Atkinson's intense personal secrecy and extensive use of pseudonyms, he is now largely forgotten, despite having written more than 100 books in the last 30 years of his life. (He obtained mention in past editions of Who's Who in America, Religious Leaders of America, and several similar publications—-but these are mostly subscription based, and reflect more on his desire to be known than his contemporary fame.) His works have remained in print more or less continuously since 1900.
