Awful and flat out wrong advice. For first month it says to stay away from all seafood in one paragraph and then tells you to eat tinned tuna in another paragraph in the same article..... so it's conflicting AND wrong . You should avoid ALL tuna especially canned, but low mercury seafood is very beneficial. Was hoping for more than pictures of badly written articles that I have to awkwardly move around the screen to read the whole thing. One reason I was looking for a preg diet app was so I might not have to keep searching sites for what fish are and aren't acceptable among other things. Seeing how non specific the food suggestions were just for the first trimester I am guessing this one won't show me the specifics I want in general.
Its good... bit more information required The app is good, but u will get these information on internet as well.... but if the app can guide u the exact food diet day by day.... like in 1st month to get more folate rich food app suggest like oranges, beans, eggs etc... but if if it give a diet chart like eat 2 oranges 1 egg etc on day 1, and some other fruit / vegetable in day 2 ... it will help the app user to make a balance diet... instead they eat all with out any control... hope to see some kind of update soon... Thanks for the App
