Offline mode is not available in this app. The app is online only and requires an internet connection. This means the app always provides you with the most up-to-date public transport information.
Following feedback from the iPhone app and demand, PTV have now created a dedicated Android app.

• App will not work on Honeycomb operating system (version 3.0) or lower.
android.permission.CALL_PHONE needed to call Taxi numbers from the respective list.
(Please send to my email, which missing features do you want to see in this app)
Use your device to download live arrival times obtained from the real-time GPS tracking units installed in all public transport vehicles (trams, buses and trolleybuses). The app connects directly to Timisoara's Transport Authority (RATT) servers and presents the arrival information in a format optimized for mobile devices.
Features a utilitarian interface designed for quick browsing and information access. Arrival times are displayed using two formats:
- N min the live time, obtained via GPS until the vehicle arrives in the station
- HH:MM the scheduled vehicle arrival time. The scheduled time will most commonly be displayed when the vehicle has not yet left the end-station (i.e. no vehicle heading your way)
- Display live vehicle arrival times for all stations from a line.
- Display arrival times for connecting lines
- Does not require GPS activated on your device (saves battery)
- A version with a smaller memory footprint version is available for users with lower storage capacity (520k)
App website: http://mihaibalint.github.com/TimisoaraPublicTransport/
Special thanks to RATT and the people at http://www.ratt.ro/forum
- Internet connection to download live times
- Memory card access for caching

This application links you to the Mental Health themed pathways and guidance issued and updated regularly by NICE
Who is it for? Clinicians need to consult and be familiar with NICE in order to properly inform their clinical decision making. In a similar way, patients or carers involved with chronic illnesses will benefit from keeping an eye on how things should be done.
What if your practitioner isn't following NICE? That's probably fine so long as (1) they KNOW they are outside of NICE guidelines and (2) they have recorded - and hopefully discussed it widely.
This app links to web pages so will not work offline, but it will always reflect the content of the NICE website. This is important if you are to be sure of reading the latest update. Remember when you download stuff, it can go out of date! Read the latest versions only. NICE stopped providing written copies for this reason in October 2011
This app only links to Adult Mental Health aspects of NICE, and the author has no connections with the NICE organisation (except trying to pay close attention to their guidance professionally)

Yes, there are festival website links. There are also dedicated live twitter lists for IOW latest news. Comprehensive (excessive even) packing information, ferry information, photographs from iow 2013 (I left my camera there in 2014 dammit). Hot link to the festival forum from your mobile/tablet. Check a separate twitter list from IOW people. Clashfinder.com shows the running times once bands are out-its unofficial but pretty accurate, Jump straight to google web news on the festival. Festival shopping. Festival weather forecast -well ten days ahead but eventually its useful. Bus and Ferry links - you can get to the festival by bus or inflatable. Check the IOW radio on the internet. Are you a festival noob.. read this and its done. Finally the IOW festival people host a blog - it hasnt started yet- will hook into it when it does.
Finally - Ive done the IOWfest in sun and rain (I was in my car overnight outside the festival that amazing year when the ferry crossing took 4 HOURS and cars were being towed INTO the site through the mud) so ask me a question, do.
