At first you probably will not be able to do it like it’s shown in the app, but that's normal, do not despair and keep going day by day. And don’t do the mistake trying to do too much too soon. Always leave time for warm-up and cool-down before and after workouts for lower back pain.
The end positions of every exercise could be a bit painful. Please, do not overwhelm your back and stop when feeling medium to strong pain. It is recommended to do the exercises in the morning when the back is stiff, but it can be done when it is convenient. They can also be done 2-3 times a day.
