Ratings and reviews

It is ok. Can be very quirky. A payment that is supposed to come out via electronic transfer does not reflect on your available balance even though it shows it coming out. If you use your debit card it reflects immediately on your available balance. Not very good for at a glance checking of balances.

Used the mobile deposit and man oh man is it picky lol. Took 18 photos of a check and it constantly told me failed to upload or asked me to make sure the app is the most up to date... The app is fully updated and I am connected to wifi that is very fast (I use it for gaming...also tried it with 5g mobile data) still no dice... Gave up and tried an hour later.. had to take three photos this time buuuut voila it was successful.. perseverance is key!!

Running ballance does not work. I can't tell you how many times it says I have more money in my checking account than I actually do. One day you have a thousand and the next it says you only have fifty dollars. They need to do much better on actually tracking their customers transactions.
