it's a great game. I've spent over a thousand hours and hundreds of dollars playing this game. there are several issues I do have! when you upgrade from older guns it continues to upgrade them but not the newer guns and I believe that is to have you pay to upgrade. they also do not get back to you about any of your questions. I would honestly say save your money and just play the game slowly.

Poor customer service. I downloaded about 2 months ago. I've spent around $350 on in app purchases. I tried to save my game thru Google play and it kept saying' can't download' or something similar I click on create new account thinking it would create an account for the one I've been playing. it started a brand new one. I can't get back to my original account. I emailed customer service and they've ignored me for nearly 2 weeks. I'm taking them to small claims.

I love the game but once you get in a couple levels unless you spend money you can make every head shot perfectly and your opponent can miss several shots and still win because they get a higher multiplier. when you play the game long enough you will notice the patterns and that you are not actually playing other people. 2/3 of all matches are against a bot and you have no chance of winning. It's just a ploy to make you spend real money to buy better weapons to try and keep up with the bots
