I've researched many different vet telemedicine apps and this is by far the easiest to use with great features. Clients are happy too! I was able to do a tele-consult with a reactive dog patient without having to sedate (or lose a finger!). It's been great during social distancing too. Support is also wonderful. Couldn't be happier with my choice of Anipanion!

Not sure about this.... My vet's web page recommended this app so I started to load it but will delete it. After entering my first pet's info, the next request is to input credit card info. I'm really uncomfortable...OK honestly, distrustful...of putting my credit card info on an untried app. It does not offer other options like PayPal, Venmo, Google Wallet, etc.

Put in all information, and it keeps saying I put in the wrong security code for credit card OR to use a different card. After trying 3 different cards 2 separate times, I gave up. This app is supposed to provide "hassle-free" vet services, but giving them my source of payment is way too much of a hassle for me already.

We’re so sorry to hear that you were having issues with adding a credit card during the registration process. It turns out our payment processing provider was having some unprecedented technical hiccups today, which caused the issue at hand. Rest assured, the issue has been resolved and you’re now able to sign into your Anipanion account.
