Store Mate app is the simplest, easy to use, very fast & scalable and highly secured mobile based business management solutions for SME and MSME business. Through Store Mate, product and stock management, credit purchase, purchase report, stock out product list, regular sales, credit sales, sales report, account transaction statement, expense management, credit payment and collection, real time business summery, bill printing etc. can be managed very easily. Currently it is available in Bangla and English language.

EASY REGISTRATION
Only a valid and active mobile number is required to complete user and shop registration. After registration, log in using your provided mobile number and password.

SELECTION OF SHOP TYPE
During shop registration, select shop type according to business.
− Stock, Sales & Transaction (Run your business with product stock- Any kinds of retail business, FMCG/Dealer/Distributor, Medicine and any kinds of business).
− Sales & Transaction (Run your business without product stock- Any kinds of retail business, FMCG/Dealer/Distributor, Medicine and any kinds of business).
− Restaurant (General & Chinese restaurant, Fast food, Any Food court, Catering & Food delivery point).
− Subscription (Monthly bill collection of Internet & Cable TV operator, Coaching and School fees collection).

STAFF ADDITION
Business owner can add staff according to nature (manager-all facilities like over except profit report, general staff-can only sale and collect of payment).

PRINTER CONNECTIVITY
Any thermal blue tooth printer can be connected and print bill and other printable options.

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Business can be operated both online and offline with internet. For offline mode, need cloud server backup under internet connectivity after end of daily business to ensure daily backup.

MULTIPLE BUSINESS & STAFF
Multiple business and staff can be connected with one business. Need to contact with service provider for such customized package.

WEB VIEW & REPORTING
Business owner can avail web based business report with multiple filtering and export to excel option.

MIGRATE TO STOREMATE
All existing product with its actual stock, credit purchase and credit sales record can be migrated as it is already to store mate from the very beginning of any existing business.

REFUND
Any product can be refunded by either refund by cash or refund by exchange product.

DISCOUNT
Discount can be applied in fixed or percentage format during any sales.

RESTAURANT TOKEN NO
A auto generated token no will be displayed in customer and kitchen copy under every sales.

AUTO DUE & RENEW OPTION FOR SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
By clicking, expire subscriber/user list will be ready and enabling renew option according to subscriber/user's last package.

AUTO CLOUD BACKUP
After connecting with internet, data will be backed up automatically with its cloud server.

MONTHLY CHARGE OF STORE MATE
We are offering different customized packages for our respective SME & MSME owners where very basic package we are offering is monthly BDT 500 per business with one staff (owner account is by default with the package)
