Very slow to load in the mobile app. I have high-speed internet and it is still slow to load. I'm constantly dealing with having to reconnect. On the desktop client app, avss, cannot rearrange the cameras. Playback is horrendous, having to scroll down through the time is horrible. Other than that, Very clear and sharp pictures and videos.

Unable to register for remote access. Brand new system (day 2), was a decent value. no matter how I format it the app says my phone # is invalid. can't register for remote access if they don't send a code. Local login works, but very laggy, only able to stream 1 cam at a time. Every time you switch it takes 5-10 seconds to connect. My 13yr old system streams 4 at a time and connect in under a second. If I can't get a 3rd pty app using ddns to access the system I'll be returning the whole system.

Incredibly unreliable...what a mistake it was to buy a Zosi "security" system, as it offers no security, since you never know if it's going to work. It randomly turns off the push notifications, and "forgets" to take a snapshot, even though the "snapshot" button is selected. When you do get a notification, good luck on seeing what it is...most of the time the system goes into search mode, and does nothing.....so DO NOT BUY A Zosi System. I WASTED MY ABOUT $600 FOR ABSOLUTE BRAIN DAMAGE
