Every time I try to type my password in the app glitches and won't let me go past the first letter :( LG V20 Phone
Yet another lousy, unintuitive, user-unfriendly application. The way it is presented you are supposed to be able to have access to all of your medical info and easily find healthcare providers when you travel in one application. Not so. There is zero guidance on how to use it, many healthcare professionals listed as in-network on the Anthem site cannot be found, the search option is useless if your zip code is further than 3 miles from your healthcare provider, and the "add to your care team" option is a joke. I am a former programmer and my husband is a current one. We BOTH had to call to find out how to use it. Heaven help the those who are not as technically adept. When you can finally figure out how to populate your care team, a bunch of other providers show up that you didn't add, probably doctors within the same practice, and numerous entries for the same provider are there. Phone numbers for some providers did not show up on my care team profile and I have twice as many unknown providers listed as ones I entered manually. When you click on a provider on your profile one would think contact information for said provider would show up. Nope. Just claims info - how much your out-of-pocket is past claims, etc. This is all information more easily found on a provider's website. There is so much more to fix and I can't recommend, nor will I use this app.
I don't want to he forced to buy a fit bit. I use the Samsung Health app which helps me track everything I need. Currently this app does not allow me to sync with my health app :(
Steps are not syncing with Google fit or MyFitnessPal apps. Food is syncing in with MyFitnessPal. Other than those issues it's a good app.
