Whether you're in IT support, working from home, or a student studying remotely, AnyDesk's remote desktop software has a solution for you, allowing you to connect to remote devices securely and seamlessly.

AnyDesk offers a wide range of remote desktop functions such as:
• File Transfer
• Remote Printing
• Wake-On-LAN
• Connection via VPN
and much more

The AnyDesk VPN feature allows the creation of a private network between local connecting and remote clients, providing additional security to users. Nevertheless, after successfully connected over VPN, the following programs can be used over VPN:
• SSH – Ability to access the Remote Device over SSH
• Gaming – Ability to access a LAN-Multiplayer Game over the Internet.

Switch from teamviewer to this. I don't live alone, live with parents and sibling and usage of PC is limited. I am gamer...I use this to do downloads and updates from work. I can remotely turn on my PC and connect way faster and more conveniently than with teamviewer what I been using before. I switched to this since teamviewer got buggy and it's been great. It's great for quick access amd use that idle PC time for install/downlaod so I can just play in free time once I am home. Great product :D

*update* accidentally updated & v8.3.2 works now. Not updating further tho *old review* Using version 7.0.0 because this version works. However, now I always have to manually update my other apps one by one so I can skip updating Anydesk. I did know a workaround to disconnect with the latest version but forgot how I did it. Regardless, it was unusable like others have said. Version 7.0 works and you can get it from the website "up to down" or another place that has previous versions of apps.

I need it to control an Android TV box without a monitor from my computer. BUT you have to accept the connection on Android to start remote connection - catch 22 (unattended is greyed out). If I do manually OK connection, you can't minimise Anydesk on Android Box. You have to close it to access any other app. So Anydesk stops, you loose connection, so can't start or control other Apps. Totally Useless. Need Anydesk to run in background when Android TV Box starts and auto accept connections.
