Glitchy, never loads, sometimes I have to restart my phone, in order to buy a card. Like I will push "buy now" and it says I bought it but then I don't get the email notification, redo the whole process, slowly because this app runs on dial up speed, push "buy now" again repeat this 5 more times before I decide to restart my phone and see how that goes because it worked last time 🤷♀️ the notifications? Foret about it. I am rarely able to see what it is I'm being thanked for.

Very poor navigation. When I open a perk - it "crashes" the activity in 80% of times, reloading the list after that so I need to scroll 10 screens to find it again, open it and hope that it won't crash this time. The same crash happens when I press "back" button - it reloads the list and I have to scroll and scroll again. Also, there's very minimal search - just by a string, no advanced search, no filtering. Huge list of perks where it's very hard to find anything.

I received a request to join Fond. I installed the app, unable to access the app. I tried to log in, an error message "incorrect email or password. So I clicked setup, an error message "your company already setup". Click forgot password, I click the info from my email. It takes me back to Fond home page, with "setup" and log in". No temporary password giving. Deleting, unable to access.
