This app logs out everytime it's minimised, which is very frustrating when you need to check details from messages and notes. The level of security is tiny, with a 4 digit pin as the only option. I am starting to regret opening an account with anz and am missing my old bank.
The app is too limited and the functions are too basic compared to other banks apps. Theres no feature to schedule payments without actually going to the website which is also hard to use. I have to wait in line at a branch just to set it up.
Every since ive downloaded this app its either been coming up connection lost or that maintenance is being done.. havent been able to see my accounts via this app fpr WEEKS now... soooo frustrating and considering changing back to my old bank 😠
App does not allow me to login. It says "you have another app running at the background which is interfering with Anz go money". Even if i close all my background apps still i can't login to my app.same error displays.
Doesn't let you sign in most of the time. You put in your security pin and it says loading until it eventually says 'service unavailable' and then logs you out. This happens with stable Internet connection. So frustrating and annoying.
Frustrating in so many ways. ANZ have been 'looking to add new features' since 2012 but haven't actually added anything useful that customers want. Overzealous security, separate apps for related purposes, lack of testing for new Android releases... Basically a complete lack of mobile strategy on Android at ANZ
