Decent update. Like the Material Design elements and the ability to see pending transactions for most cards is great. Authenticated support calls are very neat too. Looking forward to PayID and more features soon. Quite a few miguided comments in the reviews section. The app does not leave you logged in permanently now - it automatically logs you out after 3 minutes of inactivity. Pay to Mobile may be missing, but transferring to an ANZ account number via 'Pay Anyone' should still be instantaneous.
It's because of your stupid banking app, I'm going to close my Business Account soon. Learn something from Commonwealth Bank App it's just perfect !!! At least try to get the developers number from them, there is no shame in doing that, give your customers the peace of mind they want & deserve make our lives easier....
I now have to click to see my available balance for each account??? Current balance doesn't include pending transactions so it's the less useful balance.... It used to show both on main page! Main account takes up half the screen. Still doesn't show the net balance of all my accounts. I actually get more functionality by logging into my internet banking via my browser. If the app was just a link to my internet banking it would be an improvement over what the app currently is. The app is actually worse than before.....
I like having anytime access to my money, but the update logged me completely out of my account. Luckily I wasn't in a tough spot, but if I didn't have my ANZ number on hand, which I dont think many would, I could have been without money. I also preferred the original layout and design because of its clean lines and ease of use. The update is too busy and kind of looks like a child thing
User interface is much better although I still cant believe they haven't integrated a way to track stock holdings through a linked share investing account. Why did they delete the ANZ Grow app without integrating a replacement?? ANZ falls well behind the other major banks in this respect.
Yet another example of people changing a perfectly good app just to justify their job. Get out of your office and try using apps with a white background. Extra navigation required to perform the same functions. Non-intuitive layout. ... I know that it's a hopeless request, but give us the opportunity to revert to the perfectly good previous version. Then see how many users select the new or the old.
