Ratings and reviews

I don't know what's happened lately but it takes over an hour to get a reply from anyone. Also the security questions they ask in the app to confirm you identify is all information that is stored within the app and messages. I wanted to cancel a merchant and they say they can't. this isn't just a review for the app but the bank as well. since when do I not have control over my own account! I'm changing banks tomorrow. ANZ has become inadequate for the customer. They don't seem to care.

very basic. does not give me details of loan like next repayment, amount, interest rates, not a lot can be done in the app. need to either logon to the website or go into a branch.... don't get me started on that as well they're hopeless. ANZ has to be one of the worst banks to deal with.

would be really handy for the search function to search all time or be able to put a from & to setting in. you know instead of having to hit that annoying button just to search the next 100 or 150 transactions. I give up trying to look for anything I'm trying to search for from frustration.
