The app does what it's supposed to do, so that's good I suppose. But there is literally no reason for it to exist. The website tracking works absolutely fine on a desktop (and used to work on mobile before they released the app) but now you're forced to the app store immediately upon hitting the tracking page so even if I wanted to track without downloading an app, I can't. How often does an individual order an appliance from AO? Am I expected to keep this app downloaded forever, never using it until I place another order from AO? Or should I download it every time I place an order, to get information I used to be able to get from the website? The app offers no advantages over the website tracking and should never have been built. This is a perfect example of a company thinking they need an app because apps are popular, without actually thinking about what benefits the user gets from it.
Great app! It let me know to the nearest 30 mins when my washing machine would arrive. The delivery team were so quick as well. The only thing that could make the delivery better is if the app or an email estimated the 4 hour time slot the night before.
Great App and best ordering process I have experienced ever. Only if i knew about this before but it is better late than never. I wouldefinitely use AO again in the future. Delivery team was great too..
Useless app, it mirrors the Web page and when you try to track your parcel you then have to install the DPD app. Can't see the point of it, use the website and install the DPD app. No need to have this cluttering your device.
Kept me up to date and was not waiting around all day... we knew exactly where the driver was and what time he would arrive.
Great app. Keeps you up to date very accurately for your delivery. Saves being stuck in the house all day waiting.
