This and the iCOMM app, are both COMPLETE garbage. It IS possible to get your devices linked... but MAN you need to be VERY dedicated and SUPER fast. You get 3 to maybe 30 secs with each sign-in session before you need to sign in again and start over. I think it took me ~100 tries, over two "sessions" because I got so frustrated. After linking the device that doesn't change, though at least then its easier to quick-tap the change you want to make.

Can't even confirm feedback submission in-app? Come on! The (Android) app keeps forgetting the fact that I have a connected water heater if I don't use the app for a period of time. I have to re-authenticate and re-add my same water heater to my account whenever this happens (re-adding using the serial number manually works best when remote). If this same issue hadn't already happened half a dozen times, I would say it was a fluke. However, I believe this to be a failure and a bug in the app.

Really don't like the app. Got it to connect to my hybrid heat pump water heater, but it doesn't work well. Says it can't display the energy usage. Also the bars on the main screen seem useless. What do they mean? Says 10%, but my water heater has hot water and seems full. I also can't schedule anything with the app. I want to be able to tell it when to run and set temperatures for different times. Doesn't allow any of that. Not very smart and I hope they can improve the app.
