This and the iCOMM app, are both COMPLETE garbage. It IS possible to get your devices linked... but MAN you need to be VERY dedicated and SUPER fast. You get 3 to maybe 30 secs with each sign-in session before you need to sign in again and start over. I think it took me ~100 tries, over two "sessions" because I got so frustrated. After linking the device that doesn't change, though at least then its easier to quick-tap the change you want to make.

Really don't like the app. Got it to connect to my hybrid heat pump water heater, but it doesn't work well. Says it can't display the energy usage. Also the bars on the main screen seem useless. What do they mean? Says 10%, but my water heater has hot water and seems full. I also can't schedule anything with the app. I want to be able to tell it when to run and set temperatures for different times. Doesn't allow any of that. Not very smart and I hope they can improve the app.

The water heater works very well, but does not remain connected to WiFi reliably, despite strong signal. If it loses the connection, you almost always have to restart the WiFi on the water heater, as it doesn't reconnect gracefully. Hopefully this can be fixed via firmware. The app itself could be more informative, particularly about how it's utilizing the TOU rates I've programmed in. Also, the app tends to lose its session every few days, requiring you to log back in.
