The NOVA APASERV mobile application offers all the functionalities available on the site and additional facilities for the mobile environment, providing a complete and intuitive experience.

Main functionalities:
1. Creating and managing the user account.
2. Adding and managing the locations associated with the account (individuals and legal entities).
3. Sending notifications to the operator, with the possibility of attaching photos to document the problems.
4. Sending the self-read index, including photos of the meters.
5. Possibility of sending only the photo of the meter if the numerical index cannot be sent.
6. Viewing the history of indexes and consumption.
7. Downloading and viewing issued invoices.
8. Enabling/disabling the electronic invoice for each location.
9. Enabling/disabling push notifications.

Additional mobile features:
- Automatic push notifications for the start of the index submission period, invoice issuance and important account/location changes.
