Ratings and reviews

Settlements take to long. Can't just buy/sell or sell/buy immediately like on T212. App layout is unhelpful. Can't easily see my watchlist when in my ISA etc. When trying to buy, I have to first note what my funds are. No graphs of units prices over last 24h or week. Can really see what price I dealt at while settlement is pending/in progress. Just makes the whole experience feel clunky compared with other platforms.

After buying shares, I'm unable to set a stop loss on those shares without first killing the app and logging in again. The contract documents are also not available for quite a long time after purchase/sale - id like to enter details in my tracker, but have to wait 30 mins/ an hour before the app allows me to view them. I contacted IT support a couple of months ago. They don't appear to have fixed the issues though.

Update: I'm now seriously switching to another broker as their applications are much slicker. AJ Bell have the funds to invest in a far better digital offering. If they don't do so they are going to get left behind... Good app but could be better. I'd like to see US stocks get their prices updated when the exchange is open. Also it would be great if there was a watchlist, and news for stocks held. It would also be good to see the amount a holding has gone up in a day, not just the percentage.
