Ratings and reviews

Very user friendly, super easy to navigate, and when you request info from the property/leasing agent thru the app, you get a very quick response! The details of the properties they recommend based on the criteria you enter are clear, there are always pictures of each listing, plus they calculate commutes for you. Great app!

You add your price and the neighborhoods you're looking in and for some reason it still recommends apartments that are not in the areas you selected. What's the point of spending all this time filtering the areas you want to live in only to get 100+ recommendations that are not a match? At least have a map filtering option. You literally have to view every single recommendation without any control. These filters literally don't work.

Their service does a great job consolidating and providing info. I especially liked the questions it asks when you get started and how it organizes and groups the results based on your answers. I also appreciated how it sorts your responses into a shortlist. If I had a criticism it would be when you like or love a listing, it offers to let the apartment know. I clicked yes about a dozen times and now I have about 3 dozen emails from them. I first thought it was a "show interest" button.
