Company going directly to dealers bypassing channel partners Really pathetic approach by Armstrong. Poaching on customer and dealer network directly. Bangalore unit playing games. Takes years to build a brand and a minute to go down. Value those who built Armstrong when it was an unknown brand.
The company has done something which was not expected from it. Value those ppl who have developed and showed existence of Armstrong among ppl. Unexpected .. Hard to accept
If the company can break the trust of their channel partners then there will be no hope for customer to trust such companies...pathetic
