To begin using the CO-OP Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Create an account (Email, Name, Phone #)
• Validate your account (via the confirmation SMS you receive)
• Login to the app
• Enter your pick-up address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip (reservations can be immediate or for a future time/date)

On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pick-up location.

The CO-OP Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations (up to 30
days) for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

You can also customize your orders by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred method of payment. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.

Ratings and reviews

The driver was great, the company itself however I will not be using again. I booked my early morning ride to the airport for my early flight and was then called after 11pm ( hours after booking the flight) which woke me up to tell me the app didn't charge me enough like its my problem? I was given a price and paid for said price, why am I all of a sudden being charged more than my agreed on price? $86 for a 20 minute ride is insane.

I try to set up a profile and it keeps saying "oops please tey again later". Is this a glitch that anyone else is experiencing?

Easy to pre-book a trip and the driver arrived early. They send you a confirmation text that your driver is on their way with their cab number, and call you when they arrive. However, remember to validate your email. the email went to spam so I didn't validate until a few minutes before my trip and I don't know what would have happened to my pre-booking if I hadn't double checked. Paid cash without an issue, just clicked "pay in car" prior to the trip. Would use again!
