Works good Only used it once so far. Cab showed up on time and called when at the door. Easy!
Terrible. No customer service support I was double charged on my very first trip. I called and emailed to let them know a week ago. Still no response. Guess I'll have to dispute with my credit card company. And now when I try to use the app, it tells me that I'm outside of their coverage area. Southie and seaport are no longer covered by Boston cab?? I doubt that's the case.
Terrible service. Lying customer support I reserved a cab 2 hours in advance. No cab showed up. I checked the application status. it was in "assigning driver" status. I called customer service. They told me that there is no reservations under my name and offered to make a new reservation. When I asked how do I know that driver will show up now (if I have already reserved a cab 2 hours ago unsuccessfully)? She mentioned that I have made my reservation only 1 hour and 40 minutes ago?! Furious Cab was 30 minutes late picking me up, and I missed a flight home. As an out of state student I am...beyond furious.
Good Job guys! Nice and simple, works well. A little rough around the edges and it could use more features and a more recent map of Boston. I look forward to the development of this usefull app!
