Worst customer service Let's you put in what time you need picked up, but the company will completely ignore it, sending cabs hours late instead. If you call in to ask about the cab they scream at you and hang up. Definitely reccomend Uber instead, don't waste your money on this company that doesn't care about you or your business.
App is junk at best Twice today it sent driver to wrong address. Junk!! I have to call to get my cab. Information is not getting to driver.

FIX IT It works for hailing the cab. Unless the cab takes too long to get to you. Then it automatically cancels the call and freezes the app. Or when I try to cancel the trip it says that I can't cancel it I have to call in to cancel it. Then the whole app freezes so I have to go uninstall it and reinstall it again. Not worth the hassle just to order ONE trip!
I book 5 plus trips weekly The bugs from earlier this year seem to be fixed (don't have the issues with the app freezing that were so prevalent earlier in the year) So as far as the app I'm pretty pleased. However I've started using the scheduling lately and have yet to get to work on time. I could understand a 5 or even 10 minute wait, but one would think that there aren't many people booking cabs that don't have a need to be somewhere at a specific time. And I don't feel like for as much as I pay I should have to go to work early
