The telemedicine app allows the user to book online appointments with experienced doctors of the Apex Hospital from various specialties at the comfort of their home. The app is highly useful in the present era as long waiting queues can be avoided by just making an instant appointment from your device. The video calling feature of the app enables the user to have face-to-face interaction with the doctor delivering a better user experience. To use the app, the user has to sign up for the app entering personal details such as name, contact number, and Email Id. The verification will be made by sending OTP to the registered number. Once the sign-up process is done, the user can access the various features of this innovative telemedicine app.
Although the app is equipped with video conferencing and instant appointment booking features, the app also enables the user to book consultation at the nearby Apex hospital based on the current location of the user.
