Ratings and reviews

Good for transfers. You can link only other citizen accounts though. I tried using check cashing a couple times it is extremely hard checks got rejected both times. I use another bank to cash check then transfer them to citizens. I use bill pay often but just on website but make sure you mark desktop on your browser because phone version is unusable. I looked at bill pay on app not very ergonomic. i wish they would just emulate desktop version for both phone browser and app.
