I willchange banks! This app functioned reliably one year ago. Now it will not open. . .an error inmy log-in info. It works on the website, not in the app. I spent 1½ hours at the bank in Dec., '25. The app failed for them! They said, use the website. That works with the same ID I use on the app.! But the website cannot deposit a check! I must change to a bank closer to home, to deposit in person. I have declared for years to change due to numerous hours of frustration. A high price to pay!!

Updated the app recently. Great! Oh wait! It still sucks! It signs you out after your idle on the app for about 30 seconds or sometimes while even working on something with in the app... Then you gotta sign in again & again & again & again. I understand security measures but thats ridiculous. Extend the "auto sign out" time, please! Sorry I can't do everything in 30 seconds!

Keeps telling me that my password ain't good enough even tho it was the same one I used in the last app. I don't even know why they changed it. The other one was just fine. Edit: And for some reason we have to call someone to set up an account which can take like an hour. I don't get why we can't just log into are last account. Big waste of time. Next time go with an update instead of a whole new app.
