It was fine until the last few weeks, it won't open now. It says "Sorry, but we were unable to load". It gives the option to click "retry", but that does nothing. The only way I can get it to open is through the play store. I have uninstalled, restarted my phone, then reinstalled, and it does the same thing.

The new app is useless. You can no longer see your pending transactions, you can no longer pull up check images. The only thing I can do now is see my "spendable balance" and transfer money between my accounts. Seriously thinking about deleting the app.

Stop making a new app! Just make the current one running better/more secure...literally no other bank does this. I can't even log in with my information because the new app doesn't recognize those credentials so now I have to call the main branch to get back in. Most likely I am just going to close my account because this is ridiculous. *edit* while on hold with a bank rep, the constant cycling hold music that is just ads is the worst thing I have ever heard. I would rather have no noise.
