It was great, when I could use it. Now I can't log in. It just sits and spins, whether I try to use my fingerprint or password. It's been 3 months since I've been able to open the app.

Absolutely the most useless online banking tool ever conceived. You can't not transfer funds into another account period. You can "add outside accounts" which ONLY allows you to see that accounts transactions, because apparently there are accounts out there that DON'T. "Pay now" feature allows sending $ via a gmail, but can only be claimed with another home federal debit card to hf bank account. I would as a company, be embarrassed to endorse this as part of my user friendly online experience.

This site is very unfriendly to a user. If your working on your account or trying to solve a problem, the fact that you're timed out so quickly is ridiculous !! I may change banks for this reason alone...
