Ratings and reviews

CD and HYSA rates are good but I just realized they don't provide your tax forms online or with the app, they only mail them out. If you travel for work like I do that is a huge inconvenience. Please update your app to include tax forms like every other bank does so I don't have to chase them down. Thanks!

Decent interest rates . extremely slow transfers and can only link to One external account . Generally very annoying to deal with and an extremely poor website interface

When I tried to read a message in the app, it shut down automatically and needed to sign in again. I tried to make a transfer out and the soonest possible day was 6 days after the day I was scheduling the transfer.
