I just completed opening my account and received a confirmation email approving it as well, but I can't sign in using this app. Sign up process was relatively easy, but the "sign in" button here is literally grayed out, unclickable with a "Sorry, we were unable to load." I'm unsure if this is because my account is so new or a bug on their end, but either way I'll update my review when the issue is fixed. Glad I only transferred $1.00 when signing up.

Terrible App! It's embarrassing that in the 21st century a bank can't even have a workable app. I've reisntalled this app at least 10 times and still can't get it to work. I even called customer service and the customer service rep said that the app doesn't like biometric or the option to remember the username or password....still nothing. I always get the same Error while trying to log in....what a crappie app.

An awful experience with this app!!! The chat doesn't work, the messaging doesn't work either. Making a transfer took me half a day because they don't tell you that there is a limit to transfer (???), that you need to schedule the transfer date ( make it 3 days later, not on THIS day), the app is glitching, freezing, kicks you out, and I have to keep signing in!😡 ... IT'S A ROYAL PITA!!😡 I didn't even want to proceed with this bank anymore bc of this BAD EXPERIENCE with a simple transaction!!
