What's the point of biometrics if the app still sends you a code? Super annoying. No, thanks. Simple is better. I hate this app the more I use it. The alerts don't go through, it takes forever for transactions to show up. The whole point of a mobile app is to be able to track your transactions. Now if my information gets stolen, it could be a while before I notice.

it works less than half the time. constantly freezing or saying my balance is unavailable at this time. Its not just the app. honestly this is the worst bank I've ever used. if there are more than two cars in the drive thru lane you're waiting at least twenty minutes. no arms inside and the ATM at both branches in this town somehow seem to be broken at the same time Everytime. the fees are ridiculous. $3 for a money order for members is crazy. I'll be closing my account on my next day off .

Account balances and transactions can take days to update. If you don't keep a very close eye on your spending this can easily lead you to overdraft your account. Charges appear and dissappear at random without the balance updating.
