I'd give this a negative star rating if that was an option because I absolutely HATE this updated version of the app!! It is very confusing, hard to navigate, & so much more complicated to use compared to previous one. Most of the time, the app won't even open and/or crashes. What used to take 2 or 3 clicks to do something on the previous app, now takes several added clicks. And even after all of that, I'm lucky if I accomplish what I set out to do. Very frustrating!!

There needs to be a way to get your access ID &pass code if you forget it. they have it for the passcode,but not the access id

I got a Samsung 22 3 days ago and now the app won't open. I've deleted and redownloaded and still no luck.
