the app is glitching, making it impossible to send a message. It's signing me out before I can send the message, and also when I click on stay signed in. it would be very helpful if the timeout wasn't so short. the app keeps signing out within a minute while trying to compare info between apps. this happens rather updated, uninstalled &reinstalled,& even with a new phone. I've made several attempts to send replies to important messages. please fix these problems. thanks!

App seems buggy. Login page hangs and double flashes requiring second attempt to sign in, text notifications lag, misses and jumbles transactions. Would be helpful to have more room to add more categories. I've uninstalled and will reinstall hoping this helps. If the app doesn't work properly, giving better information, I will consider another institution.

Not a great app. It almost always crashes. I have had to uninstall and reinstall on multiple occasions just to see my updated balances. If it's not crashed it takes multiple days before I can see any information for my account. Quite frankly your PC information also needs fixed. It's just as bad at updating balances or even allowing me to check my account. If I ever leave your bank, it will be because of these issues. Your people that work at my branches are not the problem. Your tech is!
