Update: recently it had started crashing my phone, shutting the phone completely down and cold booting it. I'm taking my business elsewhere; it's a shame. I've been a Traditional customer for years, and this app has made banking with them impossible, for me. ... Functions about like the previous app, but this one is sooo slooow. It takes nearly two minutes to open and load after login. I'd much rather trade any "slick" features for an app that is quick and easy....

I've used the app several years.... It is TERRIBLE!!!! When attempting to log in 1 time it locks out your access with a warning stating it's due to too many attempts... HOW? Current password! AND biometrics triggers this warning .. however you can go online and log in flawlessly on the website. You have to reset password EVERY TIME you try to log in using app. Seriously considering changing banks all together due to this useless app. & It's constant malfunctioning..

Got a new phone s22 ultra. App will not even open now says it is bugged. Edit. Traditional bank was very responsive and reached out personal to adress this and state the issue has been fixed. Great job.
